OUR SERVICE

Welcome to our website, our aim is to give you the perfect wedding day without having to spend a fortune and with as little stress as possible.Heres a step to step on how the process works:1.Decide on your perfect dress, including any customisation and material details. Well give you a quote for your order.2.Ill send you 2 files to check, 1 includes all the details of your dress so theres no misunderstandings on what you want to order. The 2nd being a file for you to fill in with all your measurements along with our Service Agreement.3.Payments need to be made either through cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Payment plans can be arranged if youre unable to pay the full amount upfront.4.Our dresses can take between 1 and 3 months to be finished and delivered. Once they are finished we will send you photos to confirm that youre happy with how it all looks.
5.The dress will be sent to our office in Bournemouth for a quality and measurement check. This way when you receive your dress there will be nothing wrong with it.6.Well send you your dress as soon as possible, when you receive it please let us know everything is ok. If there are any problems we will not leave you to fix them yourself. If it is us who has made the mistake we will fix it free of charge and we will also cover all postage costs. If its yourself whos made the mistake (I.e Measurements are correct) we will still do everything we can to help you. Alterations are at a cost of 5% of the dress price. For bigger changes please get in contact with us for a price.

Simply send us some details of the type of dress you are looking for, and well start looking to find you one. Once youre happy with what we have found you, youll get a free, no obligations quote on that dress in your size.Already found the perfect dress but its too expensive? Send us a picture of the dress you love, along with informaton on the dress fabric, colour and any other details, and well get you a free, no obligations quote within a few days on a custom made version. (All custom made versions of dresses will obide by copyright laws)As a home run business we have less overall costs, this means we can pass on the savings to you. All our dresses are custom made from a carefully selected factory. We speak one to one with the owner and dressmaker/designers to get you the best quality and the best price. No request is too much for us to try to achieve for you. After all, it's your big day!Still not sure? PRICES

Obviously, prices for each dress will vary depending on fabric, size and style. However, below we have written a rough guide on average dress prices:Wedding Dresses: £350 - £420Bridesmaids Dresses: £80 - £150Flowergirl Dresses: £50 - £80Prom Dresses/Evening Dresses: £100 - £175Mother/Grandmother of the Bride: £150 - £200Veils: £15 - £40Bolero's and Faux Fur Shrugs: £15 - £40Underskirts and Hoops for £20 - £30Remember: These are general price guidelines, so they may vary if the dress you want us to make is paticularly detailed or extremely different to a usual dress style. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. 3 - 5 weeks from payment we will send you a picture of your dress for approval. At this point you can mention anything you're not completely happy with and we will do our utmost to make it perfect.Once you're happy please allow up to 14 days for delivery on your dress while everythings finished off.> Postage costs are not included in the price.> Re-makes can be discussed if youre not happy with the quality of your dress. Due to the custom made nature of the dresses we cannot accept refunds. However our goal is to give you the perfect dress so we will not leave you to solve problems alone. We will keep working with you to solve any unlikely problems.> Terms & conditions will be agreed through email before sale.
